We are charging customers for Domain Name, Google Apps setup on client's domain name and technical support for a minimum of one year. Google Apps is a product / service of Google and we are not responsible for product configuration or specification which is liable to change any moment without any notice to us or to its users. Virtuesys is providing setup and support services for Google Apps. Once the account is setup, the invoice is generated, cancellation of same or refund of our setup and support service charges is NOT possible.
