  1. What is my email-id/email address?
    Your email-id or email address is an address, which can be used to send or receive emails e.g. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Your email-id consists of two parts - local part and domain part. In This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it the word "yourname" is called local part and "yourdomian.com" is the domain part.
  2. What is pop3 mail?
    POP3 stands for "Post Office Protocol Version 3" which is used to retrieve emails kept on a mail server to your PC using an email client such as "Microsoft Outlook Express", "Microsoft Outlook", "Netscape Messenger", "Eudora Mail" etc.
  3. What is web mail?
    Web mail is an email service, which is used to check emails using a web browser such as "Microsoft Internet Explorer", "Netscape Navigator" etc
  4. What is my mailbox?
    Mailbox is the space that stores the messages sent to your email address. Every email-id has one mailbox attached to it.
  5. What is my email alias?
    If your email address is This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , email alias is "yourname" (part of your email address before @ sign). It is also called "local part" of an email address.
  6. What are the available plans that i can choose from?
    Depending on your requirements you can subscribe from one user plan and upto 100 user plan. See Price List.
  7. If I have already registered domain name through other service provider can I host it here?
    No, at present we are not allowing the same, however may allow in near future
  8. Can I register a domain namehere and subscribe to e-mail hosting and website hosting services from any other service provider?
    Yes, you will get a control panel to manage you registered domain with which you can configure MX and A records
  9. Can I register a domain name and later subscribe to e-mail hosting and website hosting services?
    Yes, it is not mandatory to subscribe to all services at the same time. However, domain name has to be registered first before subscribing to e-mail hosting and website hosting.
  10. Do I need to contact the service provider to add/delete/edit email user accounts?
    No, you can manage services form "Dashboard" page in your control panel.
  11. As a Administrator, how do I create an E-mail ID's( user) on my company domain name(Only for Emails with Gmail apps & Google Apps Premier Plans)?

    • Step1
      Type URL admin.yourdomain.com in your browser. Log In using your User Name and Password. This shall lead you to "Dashboard" page.
    • Step2
      On "Dashboard" page click "Create new users" .(Check image below)
    • Step3
      In the Create a new user page, enter the first name, last name & username. A Temporary password is generated automatically which is displayed. A password can be set by clicking "Set password". Then Click "Create new user"
    • Step4
      To create multiple users at a time click "Create multiple users" and follow the instructions. (Check image below)

  15. How do I configure my email account in an email client(Only for Business email solutions plan)?
    • Step1
    Login to your control panel using the username & password provide to you.
    • Step2
    Go to EMAIL OPTIONS>EMAIL MANAGER
    • Step3
    Click the outlook icon next to your email account and download the mail.reg file.(Check image below)
    • Step4
    RUN the the mail.reg file which you downloaded, say YES to add the information to your registry. Done
  16. How do I check my emails without using an email client?
    Log In to mail.yourdomain.com And provide your E-mail ID ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and your Password to see your mailbox.
